Leadership Responsibilities

• Crew Command & Briefings: Conduct comprehensive pre-flight briefings with the cabin crew and pilots. Assign working positions and establish dominant service expectations.
• Safety Command: Serve as the primary liaison between the Captain and the cabin crew. In the event of an emergency, you will direct the cabin crew response with authoritative leadership.
• Service Excellence Oversight: Supervise the execution of premium cabin services, ensuring presentation standards are impeccable and high-value Medallion members receive individualized care.
• Crisis Resolution: Handle complex onboard situations, including severe medical emergencies and security disturbances, utilizing advanced leadership techniques.
• Mentorship: Provide on-the-spot coaching and performance feedback to junior flight attendants.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of active, superlative flight attendant experience required.
• Must possess flawless attendance and performance records.
• Demonstrated dominant leadership capabilities and advanced conflict resolution skills.
• Must successfully complete Delta's intensive Purser Leadership Training program.
