Job Summary
As the Below-Wing Coordinator, you are the director of the tarmac. You will oversee a dedicated team of ramp agents to execute flawless, on-time aircraft turnarounds. You are responsible for ensuring every bag is loaded according to strict weight and balance calculations, all ground support equipment is staged correctly, and safety protocols are aggressively maintained. You will solve logistical puzzles in real-time under the roar of jet engines.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Team Command: Direct and assign daily duties to ramp service clerks, ensuring optimal staffing and workflow during peak flight banks.
- Weight & Balance Authority: Audit cargo loads against the flight deck’s manifest to guarantee the structural and aerodynamic safety of the aircraft.
- Safety Auditing: Conduct real-time safety observations, ensuring all personnel are wearing PPE, practicing safe lifting, and adhering to strict "circle of safety" equipment rules.
- Crisis Management: Lead the operational recovery during severe weather events or delayed inbound flights, working closely with the control tower and gate agents.
- Mentorship: Train, coach, and elevate new hires, instilling a dominant culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements
